Growing up, Alan and his siblings were never taught the importance of saving, protecting what they earn, or investing for the future, an experience that continues to shape his perspective today. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida, Alan began his career in banking before joining Raymond James Financial. During his 14-year career there, he led a high-performing operations team, gaining extensive experience in financial operations, leadership, and building efficient processes that support exceptional client service. Alan believes that access to financial knowledge empowers people to make better financial decisions with greater confidence.
